The DL: We've had these kale chips before and we'll have these kale chips again, and that's because they're delicious. Seriously—taking out a container in one sitting is a piece of cake for the VN staffers. Want to make these addictive snacks at home? Check out our March+April issue for a fantastic recipe for Kale Chips, plus three yummy variations.

We Can't Say It's Not Delicious

The Date: Friday, June 18
The Delivery: An incredible-looking new product from WayFare Foods
Staff Pick: The long-awaited We Can't Say It's Sour Cream

The DL: The VN staffers have an addiction to this company's We Can't Say It's Not Cheese, and now we're afraid that a new addiction will begin with this sour cream. One thing we can say is we can't wait to try it!

We Can't Say It's Not Love

The Date: Thursday, March 18
The Delivery: Very yummy cheese spread, Nirvana Chocolate bars, Easter-themed marshmallows from Sweet & Sara, some Bioéthique body products, and a couple bottles of perfume
Staff Pick: The Hickory-Smoked Cheddar-Style spread from Wayfare Foods

The DL: We can't get enough of this cheese, as mentioned in the March+April issue of VegNews. You can use it in mac and cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches, or you can eat it right out of the tub, which is probably what we will be doing—right now.

A Dream Come True

Date: Tuesday, November 3
The Delivery: A couple Shaman Chocolate bars, several tubs of We Can't Say It's Cheese, and some crazy-good cookie dough
Staff Pick: The peanut-butter-chocolate-chip cookie dough from EatPastry

The DL: Yes, that is a jar of vegan cookie dough that you see, and yes, we have already started to devour it. This genius product can be baked into cookies, but we say hold the heat and bring on the spoons. Delish!
