Oh...and continuing onto my 3rd year of kung-fu. Vega Sport has definitely been a help and Brendan Brazier an inspiration!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite way to stay in shape is keeping a variety of activities in my daily lifestyle...hitting up Bikram Yoga religiously, but falling head over heels for fitness classes of any sort, and spicing it up with the never failing cardio and mix of weights. Embracing the great outdoors every chance I get, and achieving great heights and limits when it comes to hiking and taking in a world of new sights and scenery. I love a kickass workout, and appreciate every bead of sweat I earn, but can also appreciate replenishing what is lost in maintaining an active lifestyle, and VEGA helps do just that. A lover since 2008, and always will be.
