The DL: We considered this delivery of scrumptious sandwiches an extended celebration of yesterday's Great American Meatout. And the good news didn't stop there—in the same day these sandwiches arrived, we saw sunshine for the first time in weeks! Simply coincidence? Probably. But who doesn't like believing in the magic of seitan sandwiches? The DL: Tamales are totally in right now—at least at the VNHQ—and these chorizo-style tamales are making our mouths water. We can't wait to try them!
