The DL: We are big Brendan Brazier fans, and cannot wait to try out some of the recipes in his new cookbook. With whole-foods bites including Chocolate Goodness Smoothies, Beet Ravioli with Basil Macadamia Ricotta, and Walnut Cranberry Energy Bars, we hope eating just like this Ironman will turn us into superhuman athletes. Or we'll just ignore the serving sizes and scarf down entire pans of Brazier's Summery Simple Peach Tart. Either way, really.
