Easy, vegan recipes that are organized by season so that dishes take advantage of fresh fruits and veggies? Why didn't we think of that? Just taking a glance at the summer recipes we see Hawaiian Tofu and Veggie Kabobs, Strawberry-Mint Limeade, Six- (or Seven-) Layer Dip ... needless to say, we're excited to dive a little deeper.
