Teas and Truffles

The Date: Wednesday, April 27
The Delivery: Assorted Teas from Zhenga's Gypsy Tea, a measuring spoon from G-Free Foodie, and dark-chocolate covered Omega Truffles from Bija
Staff Pick: The truffles!

The DL: Where do vegans get there omega-3s? From chocolate truffles, duh. These gems offer two grams of omega-3s per serving, along with Peruivan dark chocolate and vanilla beans from Madagascar. If it's okay with y'all, we're going to ditch the flax and omega-3 supplements and just nosh on these vegan truffles all day. Makes sense to us. Speaking of stuff we like, check out all the happenings that have been going on in the world of veganism since January 1 in our new news feature.

The Delivery: Chocolate, vanilla, carrot cake, and red velvet cupcakes with tons of frostings, Cowvins Cookies, and brownies from Sticky Fingers Bakery, and two flavors of Runa tea

These mutli-flavored goodies from Sticky Fingers are sure to disappear faster than you can come up with whatever the new cupcake is today.

Tea-rrific Friday

Date: Friday, September 26
The Delivery: Seasonally spiced teas, indulgent tea travel kits, a natural allergy blocker, raw and clean-living books
Staff Pick: This delightfully drowsy travel kit from The Republic of Tea promises you some sweet zzz's

The DL: If you're stuck flying coach for the next four hours sandwiched between a howling toddler and Chatty Cathy, slapping-on an eye mask, earplugs, and drinking some relaxing tea is a subdued hint to your neighbors to please hush. If that doesn't work, you could always squirt them with your pillow spray.
