The DL: We here at VN don't usually call cookbooks "cute" (that word is reserved almost exclusively for puppies and unlikely animal friends), but this one totally is. With fun illustrations (by the author herself!), easy tips, and yummy recipes (the Tex-Mex Tofu Fajitas and Zucchini Bread look delectable), Rabbit Food Cookbook could be one of those tomes we often hop to for a yummy vegan meal.
