The DL: The next time we head to a barbecue—which, if this beautiful weather is any indication, may be sooner than expected—we'll definitely arrive with these sprouted burgers from Health Is Wealth in tow. With flavors such as Chipotle Bean and Mushroom and Onion, we're betting these grain-based grillers would be great topped with thin slices of the new Daiya cheese wedges, then slathered in chipotle, barbecue, and horseradish Vegenaise (no such thing as too many condiments!). Speaking of Daiya and Vegenaise, tomorrow we're heading to Natural Products Expo West, a trade show featuring the nation's best and brightest natural product companies. Our mouths are definitely watering over this new book, in addition to Robin's newest Global Vegan food column in our upcoming September+October issue. Indian-Chinese fusion, yes please! The DL: You might be in seething jealousy at the sight of this gorgeous shade of non-toxic, water-based nail polish, and we wouldn't blame you. We want this color on our nails as badly as we want a Mai Tai Martini in our hands. We're too busy finishing up our insane-amazing September+October issue to stop for manicure, but luckily we'll be able to grab the martini at tonight's SF Vegan Drinks. In the Bay Area?
