The DL: VN Associate Editor Jennifer Chen met the geniuses behind this vegan nacho cheese at last week's Berkeley Vegan Earth Day event, and boy, are we happy for that occurrence (want to read more about Jennifer's day? Read all about it on this week's Press Pass). We can't wait to taste test this new vegan nacho cheese, and plan to try it out on tortillas, chips...maybe even our fingers. The DL: These shoes look seriously rad. Not only are they easy on the eyes, but they're also animal- and eco-friendly: 10 percent of all online sales go to the Wildlife Conservation Society and the African Wildlife Foundation, and the factory where the shoes are made is run on hydroelectric power. It's probably safe to say we'll be spending the next hour shopping online.
