This coconut/almond milk blend is something I heard about a while ago and I'm very excited to try it. I love almond milk as an alternative to soy. I find coconut milk to be a little thick alone, so I think this combo would be great!
I don't really drink any type of milk (including alternatives), but I am interested in seeing the new Amy's pizza with Daiya cheese.
I love both coconut and almond milks, so the combo might be grand for hot cocoa!

I just ordered two 6/pk cases of half gallon tetra paks of the Blue Diamond Original Almond Milk. Wish I had known about this before. I would have made one of the cases this product to try it out for a month.
After twenty-plus years avoiding dairy, gluten or soy, I have craved milk for too long not to totally embrace this wonderful product! AND, to now find it in my two favorite flavors, blended, is almost enough to swoon over!

I think a hemp coconut blend or hemp almond blend could also be pretty tasty!
