I really like the looks of that Tofu Press - seems somehow sturdier and more appropriately built than the TofuXpress one.

Books! Books! Books! I'm vegetarian trying to go vegan. One can only look online for recipes for so long. I can't wait to get my hands on some vegan cookbooks. Also, cannot wait to try the Amy's vegan cheese pizza!

MizzBzVegan said...

The Tipsy Vegan it is! Each post in "This Just In" adds something to my wish list; thanks for the heads ups.

I'm interested in the Vegan Holiday Kitchen as it looks to be a promising book for Vegan eaters, as do all three books. I'm on a strict vegan diet as a cancer diet protocol therapy rather than taking chemo, and I'm searching for recipes and recipe books that will help make exciting dishes. And so far, going vegan has been the better choice between the two and I strongly recommend anyone facing chemo to look into the benefits of Vegan eating first.

Oh sweet heaven Amy's Vegan Pizza, Amy's Vegan Pizza, Amy's Vegan Pizza, Amy's Vegan Pizza, Amy's Vegan Pizza!!!

I cannot wait to nibble a slice of that wonderful vegan pie. Ah, and the book would probably lead me to a rather nice drink to go along with it!

Ah... pizza... *drool*

What an awesome idea for a book! I love having dinner parties and people always bring non-vegan beverages. It will be nice to be able to make some of my own to share with my family and friends!
