I started off the year with round 2 of beachbody's insanity video. Then completed beachbody's asylum videos. During the warmer months I ran several times a week. Currently, I do 4 days of weight training and 2 days of an mma style circuit training.
But I think what helped me stay in shape the most was the decision I made in February 2011 to become a vegan. I've never felt healthier and have never been able to maintain my weight this efficiently. BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE!
Barefoot running and contemporary dance!
Good old fashion diet & exercise. I started using the app & website Lose-It in February & lost 32.5# pounds! It was a little slow, but it was the easiest weight I've every lost!
I practice vinyasa yoga every day :)
I did Powerflow and yoga.
This year, I learned to really LOVE yoga!
Running half marathons and doing sprint triathlons!
This was my year of "firsts" for staying in shape. 2 sprint triathlons, bikram yoga, joining Atlanta Track Club, a few road races and next up will be 1/2 marathon in Feb! Oh...and continuing onto my 3rd year of kung-fu. Vega Sport has definitely been a help and Brendan Brazier an inspiration!
Ooh I LOOVVE Vega Sports! I drink the yumm, thick and creamy chocolate smoothies after every workout and the bars taste like candy (SOO addictive!). HIIT training or interval training brings so much fun and diversity, not to mention a challenge, to my workouts. Love it!! Running is my favorite cardio (along with Dance Rev on Xbox Kinect ;))
I go to the gym every day, and run for 1/2 hour then do weights for 1/2 hour. In the summer, I run with my dogs outside!

It's hard to stay motivated and inspired this time of the year with dreary weather and exhausting schedules but the Vega Pre Workout drink is soooo helpful on the days when I need a little boost! In fact, Vega products helped me win a local 21 day fitness challenge- it felt so very good! Everywhere I go I'm telling people about the benefits of Vega products. I'm simply in love! :D

ROCK CLIMBING
My favorite way to stay in shape is keeping a variety of activities in my daily lifestyle...hitting up Bikram Yoga religiously, but falling head over heels for fitness classes of any sort, and spicing it up with the never failing cardio and mix of weights. Embracing the great outdoors every chance I get, and achieving great heights and limits when it comes to hiking and taking in a world of new sights and scenery. I love a kickass workout, and appreciate every bead of sweat I earn, but can also appreciate replenishing what is lost in maintaining an active lifestyle, and VEGA helps do just that. A lover since 2008, and always will be.
