Just started a weight loss ultimatum group--two mornings a week I meet with 8-10 other ladies and a personal trainer--then the rest of the week it is the treadmill. The group has really helped because it makes me accountable to someone!
Running! Went vegan the beginning of 2011 and started running in May. Doing mt first half marathon in 6 months. I attribute this mostly to the vegan lifestyle!
