The DL: See that picture up there of all that bread? Now, imagine that times three, and you’ll come close to understanding how much bread we have on our hands right now (and by “on our hands,” I really mean “already-in-our-mouths”). Thanks to Dave’s Killer Bread, we now have about a year’s supply of artisan baked goods, and we’re not complaining. If you’re as much of a fiend for baked goods as we are, join us for the VegNews Book Bash with Spork Foods, coming up October 21. Can you say Cinnaholic cinnamon bun bar? Until then, we'll just stuff ourselves silly with the Sin-O-Dawg rolls. Now back to that bread…

The DL: We welcomed two guests to Café VegNews today, and they were so kind as to bring some treats from this vegan-friendly bakery in Oakland. We have to admit that we've already broken into these sweets, and yes, our sweet-teeth are satisfied.

Sweet 'n' Sticky

The Delivery: Three bottles of Vigoa's 100-percent infused olive oil, packages of Perfected Foods soy jerky, and a box full of baked goodies
Staff Pick: Baked yumminess aplenty with Sticky Fingers Bakery's box-o-fun

The DL: The rich, chocolate scent that wafts from the box every time we walk by is simply intoxicating. With a sweet note inside welcoming our newest staffers, Kailey and Charlotte, this box of baked decadence is almost too sweet. Almost.

Staff Pick: Both products brought pure delight to the VNHQ

The DL: We couldn't decide which were our favorites: the cool, organic dresses, tunics, and cardigans modeled here by our two interns, Stacy and Melissa, or the big box of goodies from our 2006 Veggie Award winner of Best Vegan Bakery. Both are equally tasty and stylish!
