The DL: This galley of John Schlimm (aka The Tipsy Vegan)’s Grilling Vegan Style couldn’t have arrived at a more appropriate time. With dishes like a blooming onion with tangy sauce and jalapeño poppers stuffed with rice and black beans, the chapter on New Tailgating Classics got us revved up and ready for this weekend’s Super Bowl festivities. Though, admittedly, not all of us are sure which teams are even playing this year, if there are seitan wings and spinach dip involved, you better believe we’ll be celebrating well past halftime on Sunday.
